COCORO is a single-player visual novel from Frontwing and GOOD SMILE COMPANY, written by Asta Konno (ATRI -My Dear Moments-) with character designs by Akio Watanabe. It launched on PC via Steam on 27 August 2026 (26 August on some storefronts), with a free Steam demo one week earlier. In the ruined city of Tsukumo, high-schooler Mitsumine Hinata returns to an abandoned botanical garden and meets Cocoro, a prototype humanoid who still tends the flowers and waits for a promised fiancé. The story is linear and one-heroine focused, fully voiced except for the male protagonist, and playable at your own pace with Steam Cloud saves. Start with the getting started guide, meet the cast, then use the walkthrough only when you want chapter context. System specs live in tools.
